GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR FOR ELIT SPORTS CLUB SKARPNÄCK

We are looking for an engaged and driven group fitness instructor for our facility Elit Sports Club in Skarpnäck, Stockholm. Are you passionate about training, health, and group fitness, and want to be part of our growing team? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Right now, we are specifically looking for cycling and spinning instructors, but instructors for other classes are also of interest.

Elit Sports Club Skarpnäck is a family-oriented facility with around 1600 members. With us, you will hold inspiring and motivating group fitness classes, and work together with your team to create a positive and inclusive training experience for our members.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to work part-time with training, 1–3 hours per week.
• Has experience and education in group fitness (preferred but not required). We are happy to train you on-site if you have the right qualifications for the position.
• Has a strong drive and is flexible with varying working hours, by agreement.
• Enjoys engaging and motivating groups of different levels and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Has good leadership skills and can build trust and relationships with members.
• Has good social skills and enjoys meeting people, both as a group fitness leader and as part of our team.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven and have the ability to actively create and lead engaging group fitness classes, while also receiving support from the group fitness manager.
